As composers, the Grand Brothers have worked on numerous TV spots, composed for TV shows and themes, and scored many movies, documentaries, TV specials, video games, etc.
In September of 2014, as an example, they signed the music for a 90 second TV ad for Le Fonds de Solidarité FTQ, directed by Olivier Staub, for Marketel. In 2016, the brothers and their team created the musical signature for the company D-BOX. Consecutively, they wrote and produced the music and did all the audio production for D-BOX’s international cinema campaign of 2016-2017.
Since 2013, they are the trusted collaborators of Dominique Trudeau and his agency, Couleur Locale, most notably on yearly campaigns for Raymond Chabot, amongst other projects.
Another of their recent endeavor is the creation of the music for a dance piece by Brazilian choreographer Rodrigo Pederneiras, in collaboration with artistic director Louis Robitaille (BJM). The first performances of the piece “Rouge” took place in October of 2015, in the Americas and Europe. Rouge will be touring the world for the next 10 years.
As producers, the brothers have sold more than 1 million albums worldwide. They are credited for eight top 10 hits on national charts and two in Europe/world. Of note is their contribution as arrangers, producers and mixers for “Me, Myself and Us”, Pascale Picard’s first album. They have produced or co-produced artists such as Térez Montcalm, Bran Van 3000 (Discosis), Kevin Parent and Cirque Du Soleil. More recently, they have collaborated on Montreal based Kosovar artist Mimosa H’s first opus.
Through the years, the brothers have collaborated with a multitude of companies such as Attraction Media, BBDO, Les Ballets Jazz De Montréal, Bleu Blanc Rouge, CBC/Radio-Canada, Grand Royal Records (Beastie Boys), Le Cirque du Soleil, Cossette, LG2, Marketel, Max Films, National Film Board of Canada, Palm + Havas, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi, Sid Lee, Sony Music, TVA Accès, Ubisoft, Universal France, Zone 3, etc.Photos
